Just a quick note as I am about to head off to Ljublana from Drnovo, which is in the Slovenian countryside where I have been the last 2 nights. Yeasterday, my friend and I rode our bikes to a quaint medieval village which is surrounded by a river, collected chestnuts and mushrooms in the forest and went to a small, privately owned sauna that is built atop a natural spring.
I plan to be in Ljubljana for about a week. I have some logistics and photography work to catch-up on as well as to follow-up on some story ideas that I am chasing in Ljubljana. I will also be posting an uptdate to my overall route as it has significantly changed in the last few weeks.
I have to say that I’m finding that balancing time between the computer and actually out doing stuff is tricky! I’m learning to prioritize key things, most important is logistics and lodging, next comes emails and facebook, followed by updating the blog and processing photos. I have not even tried to deal with actually writing stories and doing photo essays! Don’t let anyone fool you, life on the road is much busier than life in the office … I guess the difference is a qualitative one: are you doing what you want to do?

Slovenia can feature 80 thermal springs on and fifteen very well ready thermal springs for wellness cures and spas are dispersed over the whole country, providing health oriented tourists both standard health cures and modern wellness spas, enough of things to do in a Slovenia travel.
We are picking mushrooms again. You should come back for chestnut season.
I exactly remember where i learned this word “chestnut”
Haha! That was lots of fun, especially the fresh food! I sent your mom a post card, I hope she got it. Please give them my greetings!
