A few pics from Rijeka, Croatia. Based on a suggestion from a friend of mine, I will be using my 50mm prime f1.8 lens for the foreseeable future for all my ‘tourist’ photos. I’m working on being more deliberate with my photography and working on some of my fundamentals. Enjoy.

The train ride from Budapest to Zagreb was mostly uneventful, except for having to change compartments. I did chat with some fellow travelers whom I met up with later in Zagreb on Thursday. I am Couch Surfing while I am here and my host has been awesome. While in Budapest I hosted a couple of [...]

I’ve published two stories over at Demotix on the two demonstrations that were held yesterday (11-Jul-09) in Budapest. My second story made the front page which is my second time being out front. I got pushed off pretty fast last time which was not surprising. Regardless, even though I am only working at this level [...]

So I had my first public showing of my photos last night and I have to say that the whole process has been an amazing experience. From first inception to the feedback I received last night I could not be happier with how things have turned out. It was by far the best Bitch Moan [...]

Goodness me … it has been a while since I have actually sat down to craft a post. I certainly have indented to post on a number of occasion, but we all know where that highway leads to. Is it fair in this instance to issue an official apology? Or is it sufficient enough to [...]
